Step 1: Submit the Request Form

Complete our order request form with your contact information and the watch you’re interested in (model/reference, listing link if applicable, and any questions). If you’re looking for something specific that isn’t listed, you can request a watch as well.

Step 2: We Confirm Details

A member of our team will reach out by phone or email to confirm availability, review condition details, discuss what’s included (box, papers, extra links, etc.), and answer any questions. We’ll also confirm your shipping address and preferred delivery requirements.

Step 3: Choose Your Payment Method

We accept Wire Transfer and Zelle. Payment instructions are provided only after we confirm the order details.

Step 4: Optional Escrow, Authentication, and Inspection Reports

For added peace of mind, we offer optional third-party services for an additional fee, including:

Escrow (funds held securely until the watch is received and approved),

Third-party authentication, and

Independent inspection/condition reports.

Step 5: Shipping and Delivery

Once payment (or escrow initiation) is confirmed, we prepare the watch for shipment and provide tracking details. We ship all watches fully insured via fedex.
