Select Purchase this Watch on the listing and send the prefilled contact form. To ask a question or make an offer, select Contact Us. For an independent inspection before payment, request Bennisson Authentication in the same form for $350. We confirm availability and send a WatchTrack invoice identifying your watch, the agreed price, selected Authentication, any applicable North Carolina sales tax or shipping, and payment instructions. Pay by Zelle or Wire transfer after reviewing your invoice.

We collect sales tax on North Carolina orders only. Please wait for your invoice before sending funds. For Bennisson orders, review the inspection documentation before paying RocketShip. Your order remains unpaid until we confirm receipt.

If your bank’s Zelle limit is below the order total, contact us to arrange a Wire transfer. Confirm any unexpected change to payment instructions directly with us before paying.

You can order an available watch at its listed price or send an offer from the product page. We review offers individually and confirm any agreed price in writing. An inquiry or offer does not reserve a watch.

Availability and any reservation or payment deadline must be confirmed by us in writing before you send funds.

Orders ship within two business days after payment is verified. We provide tracking when your order is dispatched. Watches ship fully insured by overnight service, with a signature required. We confirm dispatch arrangements with you; overnight service refers to transit after dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you need a particular delivery date or special arrangements.

Your invoice identifies any delivery charge. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly so we can coordinate the carrier investigation and next steps. Retain the packaging and any photographs of damage.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your watch arrives damaged or materially differs from its listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. Keep the packaging and avoid wearing or altering the watch while we review the issue.

We will agree on a resolution and, when a return is required, provide instructions for secure, insured shipping. Please contact us before sending a watch back. The 48-hour request supports prompt investigation; it does not shorten the warranty below or any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Your watch includes a 14-day limited movement warranty from delivery. Report a movement fault during that period and we will arrange evaluation and covered repairs at no charge. If repair is not practical, we will arrange a refund.

Coverage excludes disclosed faults, normal wear, cosmetic condition, and damage caused by accident, misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized work. Collectible watches expressly sold as non-working are excluded. Any remaining manufacturer warranty is separate and subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Select Authentication in your cart. Bennisson is an optional inspection service costing $350. Select it once for each watch you want inspected. The service appears as a separate charge in your total and the fee is counted once.

Choose Zelle or Wire at checkout. Your cart selection stays with your order; there is no need to select Authentication again. Submitting your order does not collect payment.

Review the inspection before paying. We confirm availability, inspection timing and shipping arrangements before proceeding. Bennisson evaluates authenticity, condition and performance, then shares documentation. Review that documentation and wait for your WatchTrack invoice before paying RocketShip Watch Co. Bennisson does not hold or transfer purchase funds.

Delivery follows verified payment. The two-business-day dispatch period begins after payment is verified; it does not include the inspection period.

Tell us the brand, reference, and budget you have in mind. Sourcing depends on availability. Trade terms, deposits, and any optional Authentication or other service fees must be agreed in writing before you commit.

Our photographs show the watch offered for sale. Pre-owned watches may have wear consistent with their age and use; macro photography can make small marks more visible. Review the listing for condition, reference, included accessories, and any documented service history. We are happy to provide additional photographs or a video walkthrough.
